Carrera Sunglasses “Carrera Escape” event came to NYC, hosted this time at the SkyClub in the luxury apartment building 505 W37th Street. The two day event which began around 11 am on both days and ended about 1am, treated patrons to yoga in the morning, back massages and pedicures by Townhouse Spa, t-shirt screen printing done by Alternative Apparel, and make-up makeovers by Covergirl Cosmetics. Exclusive skincare brand Lancaster even had a cabana boy of sorts walking around offering guests a personal squirt and “rub-in” of his sunscreen. I guess the scorching sun wasn't the only thing heating up the event. Owwww!
Guests, which included folks from the fashion and music world, enjoyed the great music and complimentary refreshments well into the night making the Carrera Escape, once again, a fantastic summer party.
FYI, the Carrera brand of sunglasses are highly sought after by elite athletes and celebrities alike for their unique design and sporty appeal. Everyone from Usher to Rhianna to Lady Gaga have all donned Carrera's avant-garde styles in their music videos.
