I ♥ Ronson: Fashion’s Night Out at JCPenney

More than a decade ago, JCPenney was known for its mid-priced brands, but now the department store has reinvented itself and features designer lines, too. Among featured designers is media darling Charlotte Ronson -- whose I ♥ Ronson (I Heart Ronson) line of casual sportswear retails for less than her namesake label garments. Check the JCPenney Web site to see I ♥ Ronson plaid and denim shirts, shorts, leggings and dresses.
Better yet, see the collection this Friday, Sept. 10 during New York’s Fashion's Night Out at JCPenney on 33^rd Street at Sixth Avenue. JCPenney promoters say that night you can “shop to the beat of a celebrity deejay and receive touch-ups from a Sephora inside JCPenney beauty expert. You can also enter to win hourly giveaways from our well-known designer brands including Olsenboye by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, I Heart Ronson, Nicole by Nicole Miller, Allen B by Allen Schwartz and Bisou Bisou by Michele Bohbot.”

Fashion critics describe the I Heart Ronson line as casual, comfortable, stylish and wearable. The pieces would look nice paired with a Fashion’s Night Out T-shirt or hoodie (sizes S-XL), on sale now at JCPenney and other stores. Forty percent of proceeds raised from the Fashion’s Night Out garment will go to The New York City AIDS Fund in The New York Community Trust.

Ronson will make an appearance at New York’s JCPenney on Fashion’s Night Out along with “Gossip Girl’s” Michelle Trachtenberg.
